Update on the Employment Rights Bill – Where are we now?

This webinar  aims to prepare HR and Line Management to:

The most notable change in the Bill is the day one right to claim unfair dismissal which will necessitate a seismic change to the way employees are managed, disciplined and dismissed from the very onset of their employment as well as how grievances are dealt with.
