New Duty to Take All Reasonable Steps to Prevent Sexual Harassment at Work – Risk Assessment Offer

Next month all employers will have a duty to take ALL reasonable steps to prevent sexual harassment at work.

Such a “preventative” duty has never been imposed on businesses large and small before and establishes a high threshold to meet to defend any related claims.
