Training Event – Employment Rights Act 2025

This webinar aims to prepare HR and Line Management to:

1. Get up to date with the progress of the Employment Rights Act and the radical changes which will be implemented; and
2. Understand what practical steps to take now to implement necessary changes.

The most notable change in the Act is the day one right to claim unfair dismissal which will necessitate a seismic change to the way employees are managed, disciplined and dismissed from the very onset of their employment as well as how grievances are dealt with.
