As part of the Government’s initiative to create more inclusive work environments it has invested in a new online service to help employers support workers who have disabilities and long-term health conditions.
A test version of the online service is currently available here.
The new service will be updated and improved over the next three years.
Employers and disability groups can give feedback on the test service via an online survey, with the feedback contributing to shape the future service.
Any employer can access the service, which provides free advice on how to manage staff who may be in or out of work with a disability or long-term health condition in a user-friendly online Q&A format.
