Zoe is currently on sabbatical until the end of 2010. During this time she will be a Visiting Fellow at the School of Industrial and Labour Relations, Cornell University, New York where she will be conducting a comparative study into the labour rights of atypical workers in the US and UK. She will be returning to practice in December 2010.

Zoe qualified as a solicitor in 2001 with leading City firm Travers Smith. Since then she has developed an extensive knowledge of employment law.

Zoe has successfully brought and defended a wide range of employment claims including some more complex class actions following mass redundancies, high value equal pay claims, sex, race and disability discrimination claims, whistleblowing claims and high court litigation.

Zoe is also a Senior Lecturer in Employment Law at Brighton University and legal advisor to South East Dance UK. She is an experienced trainer and regularly holds seminars and workshops on all areas of employment law.

Zoe is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association and the Industrial Law Society.
